RATES & RESERVATIONS
HIGH SEASON RATES - $895/night
from November 1st through April 30th
LOW SEASON RATES - $695/night
from May 1st through October 31st
HOLIDAYS RATES - Prices vary
during Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year weeks.
A minimum of 3 nights is required to rent the property during the high and low seasons.
A minimum of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) is required during the Holiday weeks.
HOUSE RULES
Casa Costamor is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
Maximum of 10 guests + up to 1 pack-and-play per suite.
$500 (10,000 Mexican Pesos) refundable security deposit is required.
Tips are not included.

Check-In: 4:00 PM (Central Time)
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES:
- All reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total cost with the full balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival - 100% of the cost is due at the time of reservation.
- If a cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to your arrival date, the 50% deposit will be refunded
minus a $200 cancellation fee.
- If a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- All holiday reservation deposits will be forfeited.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD)
- There is a 3.7% processing fee for all credit card and PayPal payments.
