Booking Details

• Rate: The Can-Am rental is $75USD per night, based on the number of nights in your Casa Costamor reservation.

• Driver Age & License: Renter must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Security Deposit: A $2,500USD security deposit is required via credit card authorization prior to pickup. This will be released within 7 days after the rental ends, pending inspection.

Driving Area & Usage Guidelines

• The Can-Am is intended for use as a town cruiser within Troncones town only.

• Highway use is strictly prohibited. The furthest allowed destination is the gas station at the top of the main road.

• Off-roading, beach driving, and rough trail use are not permitted.

• Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Fuel Policy

• The Can-Am will be delivered with a full tank of gas.

• It must be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee will be charged if the tank is not full at return.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Pickup & Return

• The Can-Am will be available at check-in and must be returned at check-out.

• Late returns may incur additional charges unless arranged in advance.

Damage & Responsibility

• Renter is fully responsible for any damage during the rental period.

• A full inspection will be conducted before and after the rental.

• Proof of insurance is required.
